Wow! Nice! I really enjoy reading your blog. I’ve been reading a lot of blogs lately filled with a lot of venom and it turns out that a lot of these people are executive assistants to Venture Capitalists. I’m an admin assistant and I loathe my job but not as much as y’all hate yours. Now I have to do some research and find out what Venture Capitalists do because I have no idea what tha career is…(you’re right..I’m not the sharpest tool in the shed…In fact, I might not even be one of the sharp ones)….
Anyway love tha blog..keep it up!…

Ah, yes! I too used to be an admin assistant…good times.
In a nutshell, the minute they hang the “executive” title on you, you’re fair game. Like the fifth wife in a harem is expected to cater to the other four bitches, their kids, and of course the stud, the executive assistant’s existance is solely justified by its servitude to the executive.
